    Bonus--- Buy 2, get 3rd coyote Ifak free.
    Some have the NSN tags, some have the PARA X labels from another military contractor which do not include an NSN number.  All are MIL Spec pouches MIL surplus and are extremely well made and very durable.
    These have some discoloration from military use.  These pouches can be made once again into a medical pouch,  some make these into portable cleaning kits and others have made them into ammo pouches by sewing separations into the pouch.
    You get one IFAK, the picture is a stock picture to show you what you will be receiving.
    These IFAKs have dual MOLLE straps that can be used on packs, vests and even used on belts.
