This listing is for the first coin-operated pinball machine, a 1931 Whiffle by Automatic Industries Inc. out of Youngstown, Ohio USA. Most people consider this to be the first pin, there were other much smaller countertop "trade stimulators" before it like Log Cabin and others but this was the first coin-op game to resemble a modern day pinball machine. This machine is complete, working and in good shape. It comes with bees-wax to keep it nice and the story of Pinball and Whiffle in Pinball Vol 1 by Dick Bushnell. I'm willing to take the legs off, carefully package this up and work with shipping on this but all arrangements must be made by you.
