In the Mulsanne, the 6.75L Twin-Turbo V8 develops 505hp while the massive torque (752ft lbs) is now delivered at 1750rpm. This dramatic ability to produce maximum torque from just above idle and then right through the rev range ensures that with a mere tap of the accelerator you are immediately rewarded with that characteristic deep, muffled V8 burble and relentless acceleration. The face of the infotainment system is a hi-res, 8-inch screen that's completely concealed behind a beautifully veneered panel when not in use. The heart of the system is a 60GB hard drive. This enables you to control a range of integrated applications that include 3D mapping navigation, the audio system, iPod or other media connection, plus telephone and car functions such as the rear view camera.
