    All of our engines are remanufactured to meet or exceed OE specifications.
    A specification and build sheet are available for each engine. Blocks, heads and crankshafts are magnaflux tested to avoid cracked components. Crankshafts and camshafts are checked for size, reground if necessary and micro-polished to OEM specifications.
    We do not weld or repair cracked blocks, cranks or heads. If we do not have a good rebuildable engine core we will not offer an engine for sale.
    All assembled long blocks are tested for compression before shipping. Our engine builders have a combined 60 yrs experience and are ASE master engine machinist.
    REQUIRED REPLACEMENT FOR WARRANTY:
    Oil Cooler, EGR valve, EGR cooler cleaned and pressure checked, turbo cleaned or reman where need.  Injectors replaced as reman or Bosch distributor tested and pass OEM flow specifications and documented.  Break-in oil additive w/zinc for proper wear over first 5,000 miles or till break in complete.  Oil change at first 750 miles and 3500 miles thereafter until break in complete and then follow OEM oil change rates and specifications.  No idle time past 5 minutes or till engine warm to prevent glaze of cylinders during break in period.  First 1500 miles no constant speed on highway or local and vary speeds up and down for break in process control then slowly add trailer pull weight or loads on vehicle.
