These locks are designed for Mailboxes. The lock will not allow you to remove the key when in the unlocked position. The key may be hard to remove from the lock when not installed in a proper receptacle. The locks must be properly installed to function correctly.

Return requirements:
All returns must include all original items and be in the same condition as they were we received. Once the return is authorized, we will provide a return id which should be visibly placed on the outside of the package.

Returns excluded or not authorized:
Returns for compatibility, fit, technical specifications, buyer remorse, or accidental purchase will not be authorized.
Void tamper stickers are placed on many of our items to maintain product integrity and ensure original condition. Any product returned with the void tamper sticker damaged or removed will not be eligible for refund.
All products being returned will incur a restocking fee of 20% up to 50% depending on the item, the reason for the return, and the damage or lost revenue caused by the buyer.
