CRANKSHAFT IS THEN BALANCED IN A STEWART WARNER DIGITAL BALANCER.

CONNECTING RODS ARE HEAT TREATED (THERMAL CONVECTION OVEN), SHOT PEENED (STRESS RELIEVES), & RECONDITIONED TO LOW SIDE OF SPECS TO TIGHTEN OIL CLEARANCES & HELP OIL PRESSURE AT LOW RPM'S. THIS IS PART OF THE BLUEPRINT PROCESS

WE DO NOT WELD OR REPAIR CRACKED OR DAMAGED CYLINDER HEAD CASTINGS. WE DO NOT "SHIM" WEAK VALVE SPRINGS TO INCREASE PRESSURE (WE REPLACE). WE DO NOT USE BRONZE VALVE GUIDE LINERS (THEY FAIL), WE REPLACE THE VALVE GUIDE (NOT TRY & REPAIR IT).
OUR ENGINE BUILDERS HAVE DECADES OF EXPERIENCE & ARE ASE MASTER ENGINE MACHINIST & HAVE BUILT 1000'S OF 5.9 CUMMINS.
NO CORE CHARGE WILL BE BILLED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE, BUT BY BUYING YOU AGREE TO HAVE THE ENGINE CORE READY FOR PICKUP AND RETURN TO US WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ENGINE. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY (UNTIL CORE CHARGE IS PAID IN FULL) & YOU WILL BE BILLED AND LIABLE FOR A ,500.00 CORE CHARGE. IF YOU HAVE NO CORE OR THE CORE IS NO GOOD (CORE MUST HAVE NO VISIBLE CRACKS, NO BROKEN CRANK OR RODS, & NO HOLES AND ROTATE 360 DEGREES) THEN THE NEW ENGINE WILL BE SHIPPED IN SHRINK WRAP ON A NON RETURNABLE WOODEN PALLET & THE APPROPRIATE CORE CHARGE DUE.
