This is a 3 1/4 inch tall plastic Little Lights Minnie Mouse figurine from the Disney Junior line; and made by Jakks Pacific, dated 2015. A button on top of her bow makes her light up. As shown, she is still sealed on her card, There is tape along the left edge (
looking at it from the back
) and bottom, looking like someone may have tried to carefully peel the packaging open (
but gave up
), then repaired with the tape. See pictures for details.
