This is the most solidly designed and easiest to execute piece of furniture I have ever owned, and that includes a lot of pieces that were teak from Denmark. One slight misalignment required a nominal bit of drilling to enlarge one hole. Read the directions carefully and it will come together fast; took me about 75 minutes by myself. Very pleased with the result.

The color is much darker than the picture shown here. There is a slight misalignment between part E and a sideboard. I could not slide the sideboard into a preinstalled metal hook on part E. The metal piece on the sideboard was installed 2-3 mm away from where it is supposed to be. I had to loosen the screw on part E and let the metal piece slide in and then tighten the screw. It was a scary experience. The least I wanted to do is to take it back to HD or call the manufacturer.
Solid bed, solid wood, no particleboard like others. Well made easy to assemble.

I highly recommend this bed frame. It is solidly built and very easy to assemble. Holes are properly aligned and reinforced with metal where needed. I replaced a nectar bed frame which was expensive than this and did not last a week. Nectar was using particle board in most places and it cant hold the bolts that go through the frame. I am highly impressed by the quality of this one. The center support is metal which is good. Slats are of good quality, you start with anchoring them on wooden pegs and laying them on the Velcro tape preapplied. I got the walnut color and it looks good in my sons room, it is darker than the picture shown here. This is even better than Ikea.In the first step where legs are attached to headboard make sure the legs are pointed inwards as much as they can so when you turn it over in second step the holes align with the support.Overall assembly was easy. Headboard is on heavy side, so make sure you have help for assembling.

Was skeptical first but man this bed is SOLID. Been three weeks so far and no problems. No squeaks. The mattress doesn't even slip. Shipping was dwo days late but manageable. Got the walnut color, a bit darker but good for me. Only small issue is that sometimes wife's hair get stuck in the blind pattern headboard.

We purchased two beds, one from the Home Depot and one from a furniture company. The bed from Home Depot was less expensive, the quality is amazing, the bed is absolutely beautiful. The bed from the furniture company actually arrived about three months late, and defective. We would purchase this bed over and over again. It is absolutely gorgeous and sturdy.

I ordered two of these in the full size and they were easy to assemble. The beds are very stable and free of squeaks. The Patina color is very different on the computer but I can get past that. There is a little storage underneath and they’re perfect for our needs.

This is for a guest room and our guests are not coming til July so I'll probably update then. It was easy to put together. Solid, looks good. I got a 14 inch mattress so it would be a decent height for older guests. Wood is darker than pictured as some reviews state but for my guest room it's good enough. The most annoying part of it all was my local HD store. It arrived there and no call or email for days.Day after day no one ever picked up the phone so finally I got savvy and had to say "return something" to the automated system and finally someone picked up. They basically admitted to me that they were overwhelmed in their delivery area and it was a giant mess. However the associate was great, said she'd look for the bed and that she was working the next evening and would have it ready for me. She followed through so great service from her.

Good product, easy to put together, seems to be sturdy. Like the center support. We have had the bed about a month and I have two complaints. 1. The color show as a nice natural honey, warm tone is not accurate, it's more of an unfinished mahogany color.2. The mattress can slide right off the frame easily. There are adhesive strips that come with it, but who wants to stick their mattress to the bed slats. If they would have made the frame boards just an inch or two taller it would have been better. Also just an FYI, the box that arrived was very heavy with no handles, it took 2 of us to move it.

Very sturdy and good quality. It was very easy to put together and took us about 30 minutes. The quietest bed I've ever slept on, no creaking. The only thing is that it's not even close to the color pictured on the website (we ordered the Patina finish), and the color it came in is kind of ugly. Our narrow staircase wouldn't allow our box spring to enter our guest bedroom....sigh.So we decided to purchase a platform bed. Reviews are a wealth of knowledge, which is why we decided to purchase this bed frame.The headboard alone is beautiful and inviting. We chose the Patina mid-tone finish, since reviewers stated the Walnut was too dark. That tidbit helped with the matching of our existing decor. The support bar has three legs in the center of the frame adding additional stability and the fabric eliminates squeaks. Great features!The velcro slats assure there's no shifting or slipping.Two of the slats have sticky strips to help hold the mattress in place as well. The finished structure is sturdy and strong.Instructions were step by step and easy to follow.My husband commented several times on how efficient the hardware packaging was.It all stayed in place until ready to use.

It took three adults to assemble but all pieces are included and all you need is the allen wrench in the kit to make the frame and headboard solid and sturdy. Read carefully and all fits perfectly. The color is darker than advertised, more maple than bare clear finished wood, so it lost a star. Doesnt match my other furniture as it was supposed to. Balance is key to lining up screw holes and it would be a struggle for the two adults it claims to require. Three worked well
