    BARE LONG BLOCK ASSEMBLY which means no sheet metal, fuel system or turbo

    Block is Inspected, Checked, Painted
    Block is Bored then Finish Honed
    Block is then Decked for a OPTIMUM Head Gasket Sealing surface which is important on the 6.0s

    All of our engines are remanufactured to meet or exceed OE specifications.
    A specification and build sheet are available for each engine. Blocks, heads and crankshafts are magnaflux tested to avoid cracked components. Crankshafts and camshafts are checked for size, reground if necessary and micro-polished to OEM specifications.
    We use NEW CYLINDER HEADS on the Ford 6.0 Motors since they have such a bad issue with cracking that none of them are truly repairable without a great deal of machine work.  We buy bare castings and then do all the final machine work to make sure you are getting a quality product and not relying on someone else to set up the heads correctly.
    We do not weld or repair cracked blocks, cranks or heads. Those parts are junked.
    Blocks are bored and honed with the newest diamond abrasive bits and line bore it checked or honed.
    All 6.0 motors come with ARP Head Studs Standards,  No extra cost for them.
    We do offer aftermarket cams, pistons, piston coatings, injectors, turbos, etc.
    All motors carry a 1 year unlimited mileage warranty and 50k mile warranty for commercial vehicles.
    Depending on orders we try and keep stock but with back logged orders we can run 2-3 weeks before shipping, please check with us first.
    We will need your year and VIN before building and shipping.
    With a Credit Card on File or if you pay with a Credit Card we give you 30 days to get the core back to us after the motor is received.  CORE CHARGE IS AN ADDITIONAL 00 for a LONG BLOCK.
