    Here are some details about what goes into one of our re-manufactured motors and sets our motors apart from the rest of the standard remans on eBay and offered by other shops.  We may have a higher priced motor but look at all the upgrades we do for a long lasting dependable motor!  We can do these cheaper if you contact us and purchase over the phone or by email.
    Block cleaned, checked and painted
    Line honed Checked and bored if out of spec
    Block Surface is Decked for Optimum Gasket Sealing (Most shops Roloc the surface which is NOT the correct way)
    Bored then TORQUE PLATE FINISH HONED (no one else does this and is a must for use with
    ARP / Opti-torque Head Studs
    ) for Mahle LB7 Pistons (We can offer these in a delipped piston also)
    Rods reconditioned to OE Specs
    New GM main bolts
    New GM rod bolts
    New Mahle/Dualogy LB7 pistons with New Rings
    New Mahle performance main bearings
    New Mahle performance rod bearings
    New Mahle Thrust Washer Set
    Heads pressure tested, valves checked, valve guides replaced with SBI guides, valve seals replaced, 3-4 angle valve job performed, and surface machined
    New Mahle Grade C head gaskets
    Cam is inspected and measured and keyway machined in place of the dowel pin that is known to shear off and cause motor damage(we can also install any aftermarket cam like the Alternative Firing Order Cams to help save your Crankshaft)
    ARP or Opti-Torque HEAD STUDS are always used
    KEYED Crankshaft to prevent the Dampner from spinning on the crankshaft and ruining it and keyed for the oil pump gear / tone wheel
    KEYED Camshaft to prevent valve train damage when they slip on the factory dowel setup
    Wagler Competition High Pressure/Volume Oil Pump (these are way superior to the factory and unlike others on eBay we replace the oil pump instead of reuse)
    Magnafluxed and Polished Crankshaft
    Coolant and Oil Gallery Plugs Replace with GM Freeze Plugs
    Fully assembled with final numbers to OE Specs
    Fully Balanced Rotating Assembly (which most rebuilders will skip to save money)
    Mahle Lower Gasket Kit for the oil pan, front cover, and rear cover gaskets

    I also have front covers, rear covers, oil pans, intake runners if needed also for extra that can be pre-installed so that the seals are all properly installed preventing issues if having down at your house or shop that does not have the correct tools.  Send me a email for a quote.
