The buyer has within 30 days of shipment to return the item. All items should be returned in their original product packaging. All Items must be returned in the manner received.  Items that are in new condition must not be opened, used or sent back in any other condition than what was sent to you. (the buyer pays shipping fees). Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, unless the product is being returned due to our error.
Receiving a Refund: The refund will be processed after the product is received. Allow 5 business days for your return to be received into our return center (though in many cases you'll receive the refund sooner).
