Rare Carlton Ware Denim Interest GAY Lesbian Art LGBT Teapot 1970's Bamboo tea. Condition is Used. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. With lid!
Carlton Ware made this teapot with lid decorated on both sides with the Denim pattern [man & man, woman & woman in denim jeans] from around the 1970’s
Bamboo handle has lots of natural wood detail but is missing one of the wrapped pieces on one side (see photos)
Carlton Ware MADE IN ENGLAND, TRADE MARK stamped on bottom.
The teapot and lid are in excellent vintage condition. Has been previously loved but still has lots of love to give!
There is crazing throughout, around the spout and especially on the inside. There are dark spots on the bottom. There is a fleabite chip on the bottom side of the spout.
Measures 5 3/4" high (not including handle), 5" wide across.
Needs a good cleaning but I will leave that up to the buyer.
