OUR HEADBOARDS WILL ATTACH TO YOUR EXISTING METAL FRAME - you will have to drill your own holes to attach to your headboard
hardware  included!!
Each bed is custom built per order and ships in approx. 3-5 business days - our beds are definitely worth the wait!

We will not be held responsible for cracking and checking in any of our log furniture.
Cracking and Checking is a natural process with log furniture and is to be expected in any log furniture. We will not accept returns due to cracking and checking in a log. Logs may be shipped with cracks already or as time goes on you may experience cracking later on. Most cracks will not effect the structural integrity of the furniture - it should be looked at as "more character", and not a flaw. If for some reason you are not happy with how a particular log cosmetically looks on an item we build and ship to you, you may PURCHASE a replacement log. (shipping charges extra). You may call us to do so.

SHIPPING POLICY: Item will ship FREE to the address provided at the time you win your bid.... if you have a different ship to address AFTER the time you win your bid - you MUST email us directly. If a package is returned to us because of a different ship to address that was not directly emailed to us, the buyer is responsible for re-shipping costs of the item(s).
RETURN POLICY:
Sorry, No Returns Accepted.  We custom build each piece per order.  If our product arrives damaged or is missing parts, please notify us immediately and we will reship you what you need.
Do NOT return a package to us... if you do and another is shipped back out to you, you will be responsible for ship charges... if there is any problem with our product, please contact us before doing anything else so that we may correct the problem.
