    two very nice unrestored 100% original Pennsylvania license plate pairs.  1940 and 1947 issues.  four plates altogether
    .  the 1940 are completely straight and flat and are very much wanting to be repainted for a show car.  the 1947 are a little bit more hammered out but with better original paint.  all four plates yours for one price.
