Description

Vintage Green Foxglove tea cup #1883 and Saucer #1670 in green, circa 1940. They are hand painted with a very detailed and intricate design of embossed purple foxgloves on one side and a twisted twig design handle. It is appropriately back stamped and has the impressed shape number 1883 on the cup and 1670 on the saucer. The cup measures 3.25" in diameter by 2.5" tall and the saucer measures about 5.5" in diameter. Both are free from chips and cracks but each has a small dark discolored spot in the glaze. Visit our store for an eclectic collection of cool vintage treasures.
