Recent Northern Virginia estate find.
This listing is for a stunning Wiltshaw & Robinson, Carlton Ware 5 3/4" jug or pitcher in the Poppy pattern.  Excellent
overall condition, but there is a small shallow chip on the base (see last photo).  Also, this piece had a tilting lid that is no longer with the piece.  The two tiny holes that held the bracket is shown in the photos.  Other than the chip and the missing lid, this piece is exceptional.  The nice cream base color, the beautiful blue poppy design and the strong gold embellishments.   This pitcher displays amazingly well.  Very solid and extremely clean.
